Refund policy

BornTea is perishable and our boxes are made to order, so we are unable to accept returns.

If you are dissatisfied with any products ordered on our sites for any reason aside from damage, please contact us at teagether@borntea.com within seven days of the date you received the order. Depending on the circumstances, we may, in our sole discretion, replace the product at our expense. We may ask you to provide photographs or other supporting evidence before we provide you a replacement.
