Order and Shipping

Can I change my shipping address after placing my order?
Yes you can. Please email us as soon as possible about the change in shipping address so we may be able to change it before processing your order for shipping.

I need to change something on my order. How can I do that?
Please email us as soon as possible. We generally process orders within 1-2 business days, and once our warehouse has processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes.

I still have not received my package, what do I do?
Please email us with the order details and we will look into that immediately.

How can I cancel my order?
To cancel your order, please send us an email to us with your order details and we'll cancel it promptly. Please note that we do not accept cancellations once the teas have been dispatched from our fulfillment centre.

Why my tea is rather bitter?
Some teas such as puerh tea might taste bitter if you steep it for too long, or put too many leaves. Try to reduce either and it will taste wonderful : )

Can I still drink the tea after its shelf life?
We strive to deliver the best and freshest chinese tea. We don't guarantee the taste of the tea after it's shelf life. However, it's still drinkable for long years if you store well away from light and air with our independent pack.

I felt that it's not easy to open the package, what should I do?
We're always looking for different and innovative ways to enhance the experience, if you encounter any issue, you can message us via Facebook messenger (bottom right or this page) anytime.
