Shipping rates:

We ship worldwide from Hong Kong with tracking. Shipping is US$2.95 for tea orders of up to 20 items and US$4.95 for larger orders and for accessories such as our koozie – and free when your order includes one of our bottles, cups or cold-brew variety packs. The exact rate is shown at checkout before you pay.

We aim to process your order within 7 working days. As we ship directly from Hong Kong, you will receive the order in about 2-3 weeks from dispatch. An email with tracking details will be sent once your order has been dispatched. You can locate where your package is by: 1. Copying the tracking number there 2. Pasting it to your country's main postal service entity for tracking e.g. USPS Tracking if you're in the USA.

For regular subscription order: Due to the large volume of shipments and the nature of international shipping, after the package has been shipped, it can't be returned or refunded. Apologize for any inconvenience that may cause.

CUSTOMS, TAXES, DUTIES, & FEES

Our shipments are sent by Hong Kong Post and are eventually placed into your country's local postal stream. Any customs duties, import taxes or handling fees for your country are shown at checkout if we collect them; if nothing is shown at checkout, they may be charged by customs or the carrier on import, according to your country's rules.
