Delivery

We aim to process your order within 7 working days. As we ship directly from China. You will receive the order in about 2-3 weeks from dispatch. An email with tracking details will be sent once your order has been dispatched. You can locate where your package is by: 1. Copying the tracking number there 2. Pasting it to your country's main postal service entity for tracking e.g. USPS Tracking if you're in the USA.

For regular subscription order: Due to the large volume of shipments and the nature of international shipping, after the package has been shipped, it can't be returned or refunded. Apologize for any inconvenience that may cause.

CUSTOMS, TAXES, DUTIES, & FEES

Our shipments are sent by the Hong Kong Post and are eventually placed into your country's local postal stream. All customs, taxes, import duties, brokerage fees, or any additional charges by your local government are already covered by us.
