Rauwe pu-erh wordt gemaakt van de grootbladige theeplant die in Xishuangbanna in de provincie Yunnan groeit.

Sheng pu-erh staat dicht bij groene thee: plantaardig-fris en fruitig, zonder de aardse toon van gerijpte (shou) pu-erh. Een eerste bitterheid maakt snel plaats voor natuurlijke zoetheid.

Nice shape

The tea brick has a nice shape and easy to use. But it takes more time to steep it unit the tea has enough flavor.
