Our proprietary process involves harvesting our teas at peak seasons by hand, slow heat and then vacuum flash-frozen them. It keeps the nutrition and properties, taste, color and smell. They then go through three processes of sterilizations via Microwave, UV, and Steam. Thanks to our commitment to small-batch, chemical-free production, it’s that we can’t mass produce.
